Hi there! I'm Kylie, a Northeast Ohio wedding & lifestyle photographer, in love with my sweetest of the sweets husband, pepperoni pizza, old houses, dancing in my kitchen, pretty blooms, & Jesus. Thanks for stopping by - I'm so glad you're here!
I'm Kylie, a fine art wedding & lifestyle photographer based in Northeast Ohio and available for travel - especially if you want to take me somewhere warm ;)
My quick bio would tell you I eat a lot of pizza, I dance in my kitchen, and I spend way too much time on Pinterest. And I'm funny. Well, I think I'm funny - my husband may beg to differ (dad jokes, anyone?!)
I'm a Northern California native that transplanted to the midwest in pursuit of higher educatino and a school with a great sports program (O-H!). I spent four years at THE Ohio State University where I graduated with a degree in Film Studies, gave my life to my Lord and Savior, and met my favorite guy in the whole world, Ben. He's pretty great, and I'm lucky enough to have him shoot weddings with me! I married him on July 25, 2015 - so that's a win in my book and I'll probably always have a soft spot for fellow July brides.
On wedding days, I love capturing all the little details you've selected with special meaning, and in between moments during your day. At the end of the day it's about the love between a bride and her groom, and I want to be able to capture every expression of adoration, every laugh, and every ounce of love I possibly can in a photograph. And that's the same approach I take with my lifestyle maternity and family sessions.
Your love story is worth telling. I'd love to tell yours.
Things I Love
TravelThere's something so special about traveling. I feel like I leave a little piece of myself in each place, and in return each destination leaves a little piece of itself on my heart. Every place I visit is my new favorite place and I don't think I'll ever get tired of exploring. Bonus points if I get to leave Ohio in the winter ;)
BenMy sweetest of the sweets husband! He's constantly making me laugh, working hard at his job, on our cute old house, and loves me so stinkin' well.
FlowersThere's nothing better than having fresh flowers on the coffee table or in the dining room. Seriously. I kinda need 'em.
Old HousesI'm such a history nerd, so I'm fascinated by old houses and the charming architechture and stories they hold. Our little home is over 90 years old and I just love that about her! (And planning on throwing a birthday party when she turns 100 haha!)
our couple are genuine, joyful, & kind
they'd rather be surrounded by friends and family sitting at mismatched tables and chairs under a big oak tree than have to worry about satin chair covers or decor without meaning. every piece of their wedding details is purposefully chosen to represent themselves & their love in the most real and genuine way possible.
they know that simple is beautiful and that nothing should distract from the reason they're throwing one heck of a wedding in the first place. they know that love is patient, love is kind, and most importantly - that love never fails.learn more about the experience
