Kayla + Ryan | A Rustic, Vintage Wedding
Kayla was one of my very first friends when I moved to Ohio, and I was so honored to capture her + Ryan’s big day! Kayla and Ryan had the most PERFECT June day for their wedding! Tons of sunshine, low humidity – it was every bride’s (and photographer’s) dream!
The two tied the knot at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Coshocton and it was such a pretty church with pink walls that even complemented the wedding’s color scheme! That definitely doesn’t happen every day! They held their reception at the Lake Park Pavilion and it was my first wedding there, but shooting there makes me excited for the few more weddings I get to photograph here later this year! The grounds are just so pretty and so perfect for a rustic bride – and the most perfect sunlight pours through the trees in the evening, making for some gorgeous sunset photos! 🙂 Oh, it was just a dream! I loved every bit of Kayla’s day – from the details, to the sweet gestures for her parents, to the big thumbs up the priest gave their first kiss. Seriously – I’ve never seen that happen before and it absolutely made my day haha! So glad I got photo proof of that moment haha!
Congratulations to the new Mr. + Mrs. Wise! Hope you’re loving the Bahamas! 🙂
