Finally getting around to blogging this shoot! It was a whirlwind of a project and I vow to never ever plan a styled shoot without an event planner again ha – I’ve gotta leave this to the experts 😉
I’m so grateful for vendors that graciously worked with me and provided alllll the pretty things. I put on this shoot with the DIY bride in mind, but didn’t want it to feel overly pinteresty. The bouquet and centerpiece is completely DIY-able – I quickly threw them together with GORGEOUS dahlias, greenery, and other miscellaneous blooms. (I’ll get way more technical in a future post ha!) The invitation suite is from minted.com and if you haven’t heard of them – stop everything you’re doing and go to their website. All their designs are made by individual artists and some of them look so custom, it’s amazing. I’ll blog more detailed posts about the DIY aspect of this shoot in the future, but for now – I just can’t wait to share all the pretty with you!
Thank you so much to my gracious, gorgeous models – who wore their own wedding attire (and just got married the weekend before this shoot)! You two were a dream to work with! Also a big thank you to Jennifer Marie Hair for Sarah’s stunning updo, and my favorite ever Bloom Hill Farm for providing more dahlias than my flower loving heart knew what to do with!
